Software Engineering Manager

We are looking to speak to Software Engineering Managers! Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation strategies for scalable and resilient applications. Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support. Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver business objectives. Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, CI/CD processes, and quality assurance frameworks. Ensure high system availability, performance, security, and scalability across cloud-based applications. Manage team capacity, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery commitments. Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and coaching for team members. Participate in technical decision-making, code reviews, and architecture governance. Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives leveraging AWS services. Monitor project risks and proactively address technical and operational challenges. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role. Strong hands-on experience with: Golang, Java, ReactJs, AWS Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures. Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern engineering practices. Proven ability to lead multiple engineering initiatives simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
