Equipment Engineer 1 (Calibration)

Internal Title: Manufacturing Equipment Engineer 1 Position Summary: In this role, you will provide technical leadership in manufacturing sustaining efforts in a high volume, consumables manufacturing environment which related to calibration. You will be the Calibration SME to lead and support all the calibration related activities and improvement project. You will need to conduct training for all the Production Maintenance Technicians (PMTs) to allow them to understand more about the job scopes & responsibilities and ensure their job performance meet the expectations. You will need to provide supervision and mentor all the PMTs. Position Responsibilities: Provide expertise support during internal /external audits. Conduct for training to technician and user on equipment calibration. Executes routine and calibration work orders as assigned. Responsible for ensuring all GMP documentation related to calibration activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion. Review and update of Calibration Work Instruction or procedure as required. Review and approve all calibration related changes and equipment calibration assessment. Be Calibration SME to provide technical calibration support and expertise for calibration. Complete required training (e.g. cGMP, safety and work instructions, etc.) within a stipulated time frame. Execute tasks strictly following cGMP, Quality, Safety and Work instruction requirements. Ensure employees follow safety, quality requirement, and all applicable company policies at all times. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness (6S) of the working area. Timely report/ escalate any concerns (work-related or personal). Able to take on additional tasks or responsibilities when required. Improvement work: Participate and lead a process improvement team within the same area under broad direction.
