Sr Staff Software Program Manager, NPI (NGS)

This role involves leading instrument software workstreams throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, which includes developing project plans, defining scope, and driving task ownership across engineering teams. The manager will also be responsible for developing detailed software schedules, managing system-level integration planning across various software components, and delivering regular progress updates to senior leadership. Candidates must have proven experience in product development lifecycle and NPI program management, specifically managing software development projects involving embedded firmware/software and releases. A strong background in regulated industries with knowledge of design controls (like 21 CFR 820.30, ISO 13485) and familiarity with NGS workflows are highly preferred.
