Snr Equipment Engineer (Diffusion, Bonding & Dicing)

The Senior Manufacturing Equipment Engineer will provide technical leadership for smart manufacturing systems, focusing on troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment reliability. They will also lead new product introduction initiatives and mentor technicians and engineers to ensure production KPIs and quality standards are met. Candidates must have an advanced understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, along with experience in PLC troubleshooting and automation. A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required, along with significant experience in a GMP-controlled manufacturing environment.
