The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and hands-on marketing support professional to assist with day-to-day campaign execution, website content management, speaker coordination, and social media operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines in a fast-paced event environment. Key Responsibilities Update and maintain website content through the CMS platform Coordinate and schedule social media posts across various channels Coordinate interview arrangements, including scheduling and communications Requirements Strong organisational and coordination skills Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with CMS platforms and social media scheduling tools Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple timelines simultaneously Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Prior experience in events, marketing, or conference environments is an advantage
