Job Description: Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting Oversee all aspects of financial control and reporting for the Group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Lead the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and board materials, communicating financial results, key performance indicators, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders effectively. Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with business heads to develop realistic and actionable financial plans. Develop comprehensive financial forecasts to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation. Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management, to optimize resource allocation and drive financial performance.
