Job Summary You will manage client appointments, provide expert massage treatment recommendations, maintain accurate guest records, support daily spa operations, and promote membership packages to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Manage walk-in clients and schedule phone call appointments efficiently to maximize client flow Provide professional recommendations on massage treatments and services tailored to client needs Update and maintain guest information accurately in the guest registry to ensure reliable records Perform administrative duties including preparing daily spa summary revenue forms, managing cash float, generating general reports, tracking daily revenue, updating client profiles, and collecting customer feedback with accuracy Coordinate spa therapist job assignments to optimize staff scheduling and service delivery Promote membership packages to clients to increase customer retention and sales Assist in daily spa operations by maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the premises to ensure a welcoming environment Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by the Spa Manager to support smooth operations Required competencies and certifications Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs Commitment to a 5 or 6-day workweek to support business hours Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in spa or customer service roles to perform duties effectively Basic computer knowledge to handle administrative tasks and record keeping Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum secondary education to support job responsibilities Pleasant personality and hardworking attitude to foster positive client interactions Good customer service and communication skills to engage clients professionally Ability to work well in a team to contribute to a collaborative work environment Other Information Benefits Attractive basic salary with sales incentives for hitting sales target (earn easily $2500 per month & above) Conducive spa working environment Annual leave and medical benefits We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
