Job Summary Manage subcontractors and daily operations to ensure timely progress and cost control of M&E and builder works, maintaining strong client and vendor relationships. Responsibilities Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution Prepare detailed progress reports and claims to track project status and financials Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors to facilitate collaboration Control and monitor project costs to meet budgetary targets and optimize resource use Oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations and builder works to ensure compliance with standards and timelines Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) works Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge of chiller and ACMV systems to support project oversight Understanding of high tension (HT) and low tension (LT) electrical works for effective management Familiarity with builder and plumbing works to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks Awareness of fire protection works to ensure safety compliance
