Job Summary Manage and optimize fully automated production lines in a cleanroom or semiconductor fab environment, driving productivity and efficiency improvements through cross-departmental coordination and hands-on technical leadership. Responsibilities Manage fully automated production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations Lead continuous improvement projects to increase production productivity and quality Identify production bottlenecks promptly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime Coordinate resources and teams to consistently achieve daily production targets Enhance staff operational efficiency and product quality through targeted training and process improvements Drive cross-departmental projects to improve overall production efficiency and workflow Support the implementation of long-term departmental plans aligned with business goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Engineering Comfortable working in cleanroom, industrial, or semiconductor fabrication environments Willingness to work on-site and perform hands-on technical tasks Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
