They are responsible for optimizing yield and OEE, managing safe launch activities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in an Engineering field and possess at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or sustaining engineering environment. Strong knowledge of backend testing, packaging processes, and statistical risk assessment tools is required.
