Tally Clerk (Warehouse)

Tally Clerk/ Checker Job Description & Requirements Tally Clerk/Checker is responsible for ensuring the accurate handling, processing, and storage of warehouse goods. Key duties include Export/ Outbound Shipment: Checking, processing, and loading customer orders for export/ outbound shipment. Sorting, packaging, and labelling warehouse cargo correctly and carefully. Import/ Inbound Shipment: Receiving, examining, and storing incoming warehouse goods and inventory. Verifying quantities and comparing with packing lists Record-Keeping and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all shipment/ warehouse cargoes. Keeping track of inventory levels and updating necessary documentation. Safety and Housekeeping: Ensuring a clean and safe work area within the warehouse premises. Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining security of warehouse premises and goods. Ad-hoc Duties: Assisting with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor/ manager to support overall warehouse operations Minimum requirement: WSQ - Work At Height Certificate (Optional) Possess a forklift license Microsoft Excel or equivalent IT skill GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification Comfortable to work at Jurong Port Area
