Wsq Trainer

He/she must be ACTA or ACLP certified, creative, resourceful, independent, motivated and want to make a difference with strong bility to transfer knowledge and inspire people. Job Responsibilities Conduct in-house and WSQ training programs for individual learners (B2C) or businesses (B2B) Analysing learning needs and formulating training strategies Design curriculum, develop training material and execute training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation and conducts course assessment Courseware redevelopment and update to ensure that training materials and guidelines are up to date with industry standards and practices Analyse and review training feedback and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted To co-host talks/events/webinar/seminar for our in-house products (HRMS/Accounting/WSQ) in conjunction with our Marketing efforts Other duties and projects as assigned Requirements Must be ACTA or ACLP certified DDLP or DACE is strongly preferred as well Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline Have passion for people development with a flair for training Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions Good understanding of WSQ framework A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills Dedicated, committed, and positive working attitude Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
