Role: Business Project Manager Job Requisition Number: ISLG002 Job Level: 5+ years of experience Key Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation activities Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and distribute meeting materials Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools Support risk management activities by maintaining risk registers and action items Create and update project presentations and communication materials Help facilitate project team communication and updates Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project management or related field 5-7 years of administrative or project support experience preferred 3-4 years of IT project management work in financial sector is required Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
