Power Bi Engineer (Automation & Data Engineer)

We are looking for Automation & Data Engineer with good knowledgeon Power BI for our Banking customer in Singapore for a 1-year contract. youwill be based in Singapore. Job Title Automation & Data Engineer (Power BI / Power Automate /Database) Role Overview We are looking for a hands-onAutomation & Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain solutions usingMicrosoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and e-Formsolutions. The role will also involve database design, development, and ongoingmaintenance to support business automation and analytics initiatives. This role will work closely with finance and Risk Managementusers to deliver low-code automation and data-driven insights to improveoperational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Power Platform Development · Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate toautomate business processes · Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI · Create and maintain Microsoft e-Forms / Power Apps formsfor data capture and workflow integration · Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systemsand APIs 2. Database Design & Management · Design, develop, and maintain relational databases (e.g.,SQL Server) · Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, andscalability · Develop data models to support reporting and analytics 3. Automation & Integration · Identify opportunities to automate manual processes(aligned with RPA / digital initiatives) · Integrate Power Automate with RPA tools, SharePoint, andenterprise systems · Support end-to-end automation solutions (data input →workflow → reporting) 4. Data & Reporting · Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in PowerBI · Work with business stakeholders to define KPIs andreporting requirements · Ensure data quality and consistency across reports andsystems 5. Support & Maintenance · Provide ongoing support for existing automation solutionsand dashboards · Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks · Maintain documentation for developed solutions and datastructures.
