Job Title: HR Intern (Admin) Job Level: Internship / Contract (6-Month Contract, Convertible to Full-Time) Department: HR Department Location: Kramat Lane, Singapore Allowance: $1,000 to $1,400/month Working Days: 5 days a week Contract Duration: 6 months (with opportunity for Full-Time conversion based on performance) Overall Job Objectives: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (HR Admin) to join our HR team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are not under a school internship program but are looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-growing organization. High-performing interns will be considered for Full-Time employment upon completion of the contract. This position provides exposure to core HR functions including onboarding, payroll support, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR reporting. THE JOB: Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and arranging orientation sessions Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and are introduced to company policies Update and maintain staff personnel files Assist in payroll preparation and documentation Assist in generating and consolidating HR documents Support and recommend improvements to HR processes and practices Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and Leadership Team Provide administrative support for HR operations and projects WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Diploma / Degree holder or currently pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (not restricted to school internship program) Strong project management and communication skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proactive individual able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Able to commit fully for 6 months Key Deliverables: Well-organiz…
