Job Summary We seek passionate Music Teachers to deliver one-to-one and small group lessons, primarily to beginners and advanced students, fostering musical growth and preparing students for recitals and exams. Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one and small group instrumental lessons to beginners and advanced students Apply Inizio Music’s teaching syllabus and adhere to the school calendar and guidelines Prepare students effectively for recitals, exams, and studio activities Communicate professionally and clearly with students and parents to support learning progress Participate actively in recitals, meetings, and training sessions to enhance teaching quality Maintain a consistent weekly teaching schedule to ensure student progress and engagement Required competencies and certifications Demonstrate strong foundational instrumental technique and musicianship in Piano, Violin, Vocal, or related fields Hold a Diploma or Degree in Music or a related field Exhibit genuine interest in teaching children and beginners with patience and responsibility Show openness to feedback to continuously improve teaching methods Preferred competencies and qualifications Possess more than 1 year of teaching experience (advantageous but not mandatory) Other Information Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunities for professional development Potential promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
