Job Summary You will conduct pest inspections and treatments, communicate treatment plans to clients, maintain equipment and vehicles, and complete service documentation to ensure effective pest control operations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough pest inspections and apply appropriate pest control treatments to client sites Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment plans and address their concerns Maintain pest control equipment and company vehicle to ensure operational readiness and safety Complete accurate service reports and daily logs to document treatments and activities Required competencies and certifications NEA certification Class 3 driving license Physical fitness to perform outdoor work safely and effectively Preferred competencies and qualifications Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Responsible and punctual work habits to maintain service reliability Other Information 💵 Compensation Package: Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 Additional Pay: Productivity incentives, overtime, and Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) Benefits: Training, career advancement opportunities, and year-end staff retreat 📞 Interested?
