Job Summary You will support sales and project teams by managing documentation for bids and contracts, tracking project progress, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and handling both project and general office administration to ensure smooth project delivery. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales and project teams to prepare and submit documentation for project bids and contracts, including RFQs, tender submissions, quotations, and basic quantity surveying tasks Monitor and report on project progress by tracking materials, generating progress and weather reports, and preparing completion and handover documentation Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials, manage deliveries, schedule collections, and track subcontractor progress claims Administer project-related tasks such as applying for licenses, obtaining project insurance, and maintaining project files and drawings Oversee general office administration including filing, answering calls, handling mail, purchasing office supplies, maintaining the pantry, managing cleaning schedules, and receiving visitors and deliveries Required competencies and certifications Minimum GCE A' Levels, Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity, in construction or related industries. Proficient use of the computer, emailing and standard Microsoft Office applications. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
