Job summary This role will oversee financial reports, ensure compliance with financial regulations, lead budgeting & forecasting processes & monitor performance. Job Scope 1. Financial Planning and Analysis Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts. Analyze Financial performance and prepare reports. 2. Accounting and Reporting Oversee accounting processes and ensure accurate financial records. Prepare group financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations. 3. Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow and manage company funds. 4. Cost Control Identify cost-saving opportunities. Implement cost control measures and monitor expenses. 5. Team Management Lead and supervise the finance team. Provide training and development opportunities for staff. 6. Liaison Communicate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making. 7. Compliance Ensure compliance with financial laws and company policies. Stay updated on financial regulations and standards. Requirement Only Singaporean/PR, Malaysian/NAS Work Permit holders, or local graduate bonded for local employment due to MoM quota limitation. Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent, ACCA. 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial statements, forecasts, and reports to make informed decisions. Proficiency in creating budgets and financial forecasts Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
