Social Media Executive

Estetica Group is an established beauty/wellness/lifestyle company and manages science-backed skincare/haircare products and retail studios providing wellness services. Our in-house skincare brand ést.lab is a collaboration with renowned beauty experts and research institutions from all over the world to showcase the perfect synthesis of experience and technology. The brand also practises sustainability by sourcing and using eco-friendly ingredients, packaging and engaging in CSR efforts promoting sustainability. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Executive to develop engaging, on-brand content across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, aesthetics, and performance, supporting brand growth through thoughtful, intentional content. Key Responsibilities * Conceptualise, create, and execute content for social media, website, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns * Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content aligned with brand tone and visual identity * Plan and manage content calendars in collaboration with marketing and brand teams * Stay attuned to audience insights and platform best practices (without chasing short-lived trends) * Edit content for clarity, consistency, and impact * Support product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives * Collaborate with internal teams, creators, and partners when required Requirements * Proven experience in content creation for beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands * Strong visual eye and understanding of brand aesthetics * Proficient in content creation tools (e.g. camera, smartphone, editing apps/software) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Nice to Have * Experience with lifestyle or beauty brands * Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
