About this role

A rapidly expanding multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a high-caliber sales professional to manage their leading oncology product. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with Key Decision Makers and Key Opinion Leaders, providing them with relevant support materials and product information. Develop long-term partnerships with Key Customers to enhance product visibility and sales. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing business results within assigned accounts. Create and implement comprehensive account and business plans. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the oncology sector. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Pharmacy or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Specialty Care. Experience in oncology and hematology therapeutics is a strong advantage. Valid driving license and own vehicle. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment within a matrix organization.
