About the Role We are seeking an intern to drive AI and emerging technology implementation in our IT systems, serving both external and internal customers. The role focuses on enhancing user experience through innovative technological solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Identify and evaluate opportunities to implement emerging technologies, particularly AI, to enhance user experience of our IT system. • Ensure seamless alignment between business requirements, technical implementation, and user experience to maximise the value of system enhancements. • Work closely with AI engineers in the development and deployment of AI tools. • Evaluate and assess solutions from external partners to ensure they meet business requirements effectively.
