System Engineer – Building Automation

We are looking for System Engineer to support the delivery of lighting controls and building automation projects in the hospitality and commercial sectors. This role combines project management, system programming and technical coordination. The successful candidate must be a strong team player, able to work effectively with colleagues, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered smoothly. Responsibilities Manage projects from design to handover Program, test, commission, and troubleshoot lighting control & smart building solutions Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements Prepare project schedules, reports, and handover documentation Support site implementation and end-user training Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Building Services, or related field Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills A strong team player with the ability to work well with colleagues and stakeholders Preferably with knowledge of lighting controls, building automation, KNX, DALI, Lutron, or similar systems Preferably with experience in hospitality and commercial projects How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to hr@intellihub.com.sg with the subject line: Application for System Engineer – Lighting Controls & Building Automation
