Role Purpose We are seeking self-motivated Talent Sourcer to be part of our growing business in Singapore. The right candidate is someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of regional relationships. This role specializes in identifying, researching, and engaging passive and active candidates to build robust talent pipelines. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruiting: Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Utilize recruitment databases and tools to identify potential candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates. Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with clients and candidates. 2. Candidate Management: Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Selecting candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates 3. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity 4.
