Shipment Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export/import declarations. Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth shipment movement. Verify shipment details, product classifications, and documentation accuracy before dispatch. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers. Resolve documentation discrepancies, customs issues, and shipping-related queries promptly. Maintain accurate records of shipping documents and ensure proper filing for audit and compliance purposes. Prepare shipping reports and maintain documentation databases. Negotiate, Resolve any claims related to shipments (demurrage and detention, damaged containers, etc). Required Skills Knowledge of international shipping procedures, and Incoterms Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities is an advantage. Chinese, English language is required.
