Job Summary Support inventory and delivery management while performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in a PCB manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Maintain accurate component inventory records to support stock control and ensure material availability Monitor delivery schedules and distribute goods to relevant departments to facilitate timely job processing Perform filing and data entry to organize and maintain administrative records effectively Prepare documents to support administrative operations and ensure proper documentation flow Verify invoices to enable timely and accurate payment processing Complete assigned ad hoc tasks promptly to support team and operational needs
