About this role
Job Description & Responsibilities: Manage recruitment activities through Facebook and other online platforms. Create, post, and monitor job advertisements on Facebook. Screen applicants and coordinate interview arrangements. Conduct basic candidate communications and follow-ups. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees. Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant databases. Provide administrative support to the HR department as required. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management. Requirements: Familiar with Facebook posting and social media platforms. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications). Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Working Location: Northstar @ AMK
