Marketing & Events Assistant

Job Description Business Development Identify and prospect new business units and revenue opportunities Facilitate partner meetings and support growth strategies Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking Outlet & Product Support On-ground support during product launches and campaign periods Coordinate staff training, promotional materials and in-store activations Primary liaison between marketing HQ and outlet teams Monitor sales performance and prepare post-launch reports Others Ad-hoc duties and cross-functional project support as required 职位描述 业务发展 寻找并开发新的业务部门及收入增长机会。 安排合作伙伴会议，并协助推动业务发展策略。 进行市场调研、行业趋势分析及竞争对手分析（Benchmarking）。 门店与产品支援（Outlet & Product Support） 在产品发布及市场推广活动期间提供现场支援。 协调员工培训、宣传物料准备及门店推广活动（In-store Activations）。 作为市场营销总部与各门店团队之间的主要沟通协调窗口。 监控销售表现，并编写产品上市后的分析报告。 其他职责（Others） 完成上级安排的其他临时工作（Ad-hoc Duties）。 根据需要支援跨部门项目及相关工作。 薪资： 每月 1,800 新元 ( 仅限新加坡公民／永久居民） 工作地点： 办公室 工作时间： 每周工作 3 天，上午 9:00 至下午 6:00
