Our esteemed client in the Engineering industry is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: Technical Sales Executive Location: Tampines Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + Mobile Allowance + Commission Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries and issues. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and ongoing support. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Keep up to date with market trends, products, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights for management. Support the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Job Requirements: At least a Diploma in any discipline. Inexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. Prior experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Support, Business Development, or the manufacturing sector will be an advantage. Bilingual in English and Korean to liaise with Korean-speaking customers/suppliers. Willing to travel overseas when required for customer visits, business development, or project support.
