BIM Modeller (Structural Projects)

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an BIM Modeller to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: BIM Modeller Location: Woodlands (Transport Provided) Working Hours: 5 days, Office Hours Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + Bonus Job Responsibilities: Review, coordinate, and manage design drawings with consultants to ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements. Analyse technical challenges, develop effective solutions, and oversee the planning, monitoring, and reporting of shop drawing production progress. Prepare and manage technical submissions for materials, construction methodologies, and Civil & Structural (C&S) shop drawings. Manage a team of BIM Modelers in the production of fully coordinated shop drawings and detailed construction plans. Resolve design and construction discrepancies by closely liaising with relevant team & regulatory bodies. Job Requirements: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant design and coordination experience with contractors. Registered PE with PEB. Proficiency in British & Singapore Design Standards. Experience with BIM coordination processes and software. Ready to apply?
