Facilities Technician (Rotating Shift)

Our esteemed client in the Facilities Management industry is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: Facilities Technician Location: East Working Hours: Rotating Shift (8am to 8pm; 8pm to 8am – 2 days shift, 2 night shift, 2 days off) Salary Package: Gross salary around $3,500 + Bonus Job Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including responding to breakdowns and fault reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in building facilities to ensure smooth operations. Attend promptly to defects, customer complaints, and service requests. Conduct routine inspections and report faults to the supervisor. Maintain records of checks and repairs performed. Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum ITE in Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Facility Management or related field. At least 1 year of related experience in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company. Willing to commit to shift work. Ready to apply?
