Software QA Engineer (Automation)

Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Software QA Engineer (Automation) to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: Software QA Engineer (Automation) Location: MacPherson Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours Salary Package: Up to $5,800 + Bonus Job Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain comprehensive test plans, manual/ automated test cases, and test scripts across complex user workflows. Architect and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and mobile platforms; integrate automated testing directly into CI/CD pipelines. Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UX/UI Designers to establish clear, verifiable acceptance criteria and refine requirements. Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing across multiple environments. Ensure solutions meet strict accessibility, usability, and regulatory standards. Log, track, and document bugs clearly; provide actionable feedback to developers; and participate in code reviews from a QA perspective. Assist in defining, mentoring, and refining QA methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across the team. Job Requirements: At least Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in software QA, test engineering, or automated testing. Hands-on experience building/ maintaining automation frameworks using Robot Framework, along with underlying drivers/ libraries (Browser Library, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress). Practical experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing tools (e.g., Axe-core, LambdaTest/ TestMu AI). Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman, Newman, REST Assured, or similar. Familiarity with CI/CD integration (GitLab CI, Jenkins), version control (Git), and issue management platforms (Jira, Azure DevOps). Experience with cross-browser execution and cloud testing platforms (e.g., LambdaTest/ TestMu AI). Ready to apply?
