Technical Support Engineer (Construction/ Civil) - Training Provided

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: Technical Support Engineer Location: Southwest Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm Salary Package: Up to $5,200 + Bonus Job Responsibilities: Provide engineering solutions and technical support to customers, as well as the sales and marketing teams, including technical submissions, proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Respond to technical enquiries from clients, architects, consultants, and contractors during both pre-sales and post-sales stages. Assist in developing practical engineering solutions using structural calculations and relevant design standards to meet project requirements. Process and coordinate customer orders. Support business development by conducting technical presentations and engaging consultants to secure product specifications. Work closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and support continuous product improvement. Job Requirements: At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
