QC Technician - Training Provided

Our esteemed client in the Chemical Manufacturing industry is seeking a QC Technician to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: QC Technician Location: West (Transport provided from designated pickup point) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.15pm during the first3 months; thereafter, the schedule will change to a 12-hour MORNING shift from 8am to 8.30pm Salary Package: Up to $2,900 + Allowances/ Incentives + AWS + Bonus Job Responsibilities: Conduct daily Quality Control (QC) testing for raw materials, in-process manufacturing, and recurring inspections. Assist in root cause analysis for product complaints and production rejects, review records, and conduct stability studies. Support supervisors in meeting Quality Assurance (QA) targets, such as First-Time Right (FTR) and performance indices. Assist in upholding ISO 9001 standards, managing documentation, conducting internal audits, and ensuring good laboratory practices. Job Requirements: Minimum a Nitec in a Chemical-related discipline. Prior QC experience within a chemical manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Possess prior experience in operating lab equipment such as Gas Chromatographs, Differential Scanning Calorimeters, Autotitrators, and Karl Fischer Titrators.
