Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu. Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content. Respond to online enquiries and convert leads into appointments and sales. Manage customer appointments and follow-ups using CRM systems. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with the operations team to support promotions, events, and new outlet launches. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media platforms. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or sales is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Outgoing personality with a passion for marketing and sales. Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Work Permit (WP) holders are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
