Responsibilities: Respond to support requests Provide technical support remotely or on-site Diagnose and resolve customer issues until closure Conduct testing technical environment Perform scheduled 24/7 standby TAC (Technical Assistance Centre) duty Maintain good client relations Tracking and managing work records Generating and compile job reports Fulfil additional duties as assigned by the Manager Requirements: Experience & Knowledge Polytechnic diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferably with some years of work experience in telecommunications, or data networking support or BSS/OCS background or cloud platforms like AWS/Azure Fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are welcome to apply Proficiency in Linux Operating Systems, telecommunications, IP telephony, AWS/Azure cloud, database management, data networking, and cybersecurity Professional certifications in relevant areas (AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, MySQL) are advantageous Skills and Personality Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolving technical issues independently Motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated individual capable of initiating appropriate actions and strategies Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision Keen interest in staying updated with emerging technologies Capable of following instructions and devising problem-solving strategies Proficient in both verbal and written English communication Invest In Your Future With IP-Tribe IP-Tribe is more than just a workplace; it's a community where you can make a real impact and grow your career.
