Accounts Executive (Accounting Firm)

Under the direction of the Manager, the incumbent’s responsibilities and description include the following: Key responsibilities: • Responsible for a portfolio of clients and special assignments • Timely and accurate input of clients’ accounts payable and accounts receivable • To prepare clients’ full set of accounts, month end closing, quarterly GST returns and any other ad-hoc assignments • Corporate tax computation, filing and return • Prepare compilation of unaudited financial statements for various industries in accordance with SFRS/IFRS • Ensure firms’ service standard and clients’ reporting deadline are met • Share knowledge and expertise with team members Assist in any other assignment or special projects as required Requirements: • Diploma / Degree in Accounting • Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting or equivalent experience is a must • Min 2 years of relevant experience • Candidates without prior relevant experience may apply for assistant position • Positive work attitude and meticulous • Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure • Possess initiative and ability to work independently • Good team player and able to communicate well in English and Chinese (to handle Chinese speaking clients, and to read documents in Chinese) • Familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, UBS Accounting software, CCH ProSystem FX Engagement and Microsoft application will be an added advantage • Salary: $2,600 - $3,600 • 5 days work week, Monday – Friday • North-East (Tai Seng) working area Interested candidate, kindly send in your latest CV to admin@iptservices.com.sg, indicating • Current salary • Expected salary • Reason for leaving • Notice period Please indicate the email topic as " Accounts Executive ".
