Assistant Manager, Outsourced Accounting

Job Description We’re a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide. To provide high quality service deliverables to our corporate clients from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinational enterprises, you shall need to ensure that all deliverables are met, and the client’s expectations are managed. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements Qualification Degree in Accountancy or ACCA At least 4 years of relevant experience in outsourced accounting environment Experience of managing service operations and client deliverables Experience in the preparation and review of financial accounts, management accounts and GST returns Excellent organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, CPF, GST and relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with particular focus on Excel skills and Xero accounting software ‘Can do’ attitude with the ability to cope to tight deadlines, working under pressure and leading by example Experience working in client accounting environment
