Job – Objective / Position Description职位目标/职位描述 As a Supervisor, you ensure efficient F&B outlet operations, working under Operation Executives. You oversee daily functions, maintain quality standards, and support overall outlet effectiveness, contributing to a top-notch customer experiences. 身为主管,您需确保餐饮门店的高效运营,并在运营执行官的指导下工作。您负责监督日常运作,维持质量标准,支持门店的整体效率,为顾客提供一流的体验做出贡献。 Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities) 职责(关键结果领域与活动) Manage and actively participate in day-to-day business operations, including cashiering, beverage preparation, toasting, outlet opening and closing管理并积极参与日常业务运营,包括收银、饮品准备、烘烤、门店开关门等工作 Achieve sales targets and maintain outlet profitability达成销售目标并保持门店盈利 Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and efficiency与团队紧密合作,确保门店运营顺畅、高效 Take charge of inventor management, procurement, stock levels, and staff management, including scheduling, within the outlet负责门店的库存管理、采购、库存水平和员工管理,包括排班安排 Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements确保遵守所有相关政策、标准、指导方针和法规要求 Uphold excellent customer service standards within the outlet在门店内维持卓越的客户服务标准 Enforce safety and food hygiene standards in the outlet执行门店的安全和食品卫生标准 Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 完成任何其他临时分配的任务 Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours) 所需技能(技能、知识与行为) Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in F&B environment至少3年相关的餐饮行业主管经验 Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or any related fields拥有酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关领域的文凭/学位 Good knowledge of F&B industry will be an added advantage具备餐饮行业相关知识者优先 Good delegation, planning, and execution skills required具备良好的分配、规划和执行能力 Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills具备快速决策和解决问题的能力,良好的人际交往技巧 Able to lead, retain and motivate staff能够领导、留住并激励员工 Able to work in fast pace-environment and under pressure能够在快节奏的环境中工作并承受压力 Customer oriented and availability to work on weekend and public holidays以客户为导向,并愿意在周末和公共假期工作 Working Location: Hougang Mall Work shift: 6 days work, 2pm to 10pm
