Overview We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Senior Executive to own campaign execution and drive measurable growth across our group and its subsidiaries. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you'll translate strategy into action-planning integrated campaigns, managing channels, analysing performance, and continuously optimizing for impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Planning & Ownership Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events) from brief to post-campaign analysis. Translate business goals into campaign objectives, target segments, messaging themes, and clear deliverables. Maintain a master marketing calendar across the group, balancing brand priorities, resource allocation, and key dates. Manage a modest campaign budget, track spend, and negotiate with vendors/agencies to maximize ROI. 2. Content, Social & Channel Management Develop and implement social media content strategies for multiple brands; write, schedule, and publish platform-appropriate content. Manage online communities-monitor, respond, and escalate conversations where needed; build advocacy. Own email marketing programmer (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar): build segmented lists, create nurture workflows, execute ABM sequences, and report on performance. Keep company websites fresh and optimized via CMS(WordPress), applying SEO best practices to all new pages and posts. 3. ABM & B2B Growth (if applicable) Execute account-based marketing plays: identify priority accounts, personalize outreach content, and collaborate with Sales to track engagement and pipeline progression. Support lead management processes-scoring, database hygiene, and smooth handoffs to Sales-ensuring marketing contributes clearly to revenue. 4. Analytics, Testing & Optimization Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, social insights, and email/CRM metrics. Turn data into actionable insights: compile regular reports with clear takeaways and recommendations for improvement. Run A/B tests on emails, landing pages, and ads to lift conversion rates and engagement. 5. Events, Collateral & Brand Guardianship Lead event logistics-webinars, trade shows, partner events-from planning and vendor coordination to lead capture and follow-up reporting. Manage the inventory of marketing materials, promotional items, and branded assets; source and brief suppliers. Proofread all marketing touchpoints to ensure consistency with brand voice and visual guidelines across the group. 6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) and external partners (agencies, printers, freelancers). Mentor marketing interns or junior team members; oversee task quality and professional development. Continuously identify process improvements and new tools to increase team efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Required Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a track record of independently running campaigns and hitting KPIs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences. Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms(e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CMS (WordPress). Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, and social media analytics. Experience running paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) and managing limited budgets for maximum return. Working knowledge of B2B account-based marketing and lead nurturing. Proficient in design tools (Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus) to brief or produce on-brand visuals. Good to have Experience working across multiple brands or subsidiaries with Agency Background. Familiarity with marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences. Basic video editing or short-form content creation skills. Salary & How to Apply Salary range: $3,000 - $3,500 per month, commensurate with experience.
