Kitchen Cook

Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant's recipes, quality standards, and SOPs. Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining consistency in quality and presentation. Assist with food preparation, including cutting, marinating, portioning, and other mise en place duties. Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Ensure proper storage, handling, and stock rotation (FIFO) of all food ingredients to minimise wastage. Monitor inventory levels and inform the Head Chef or Outlet Manager when stock replenishment is required. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any equipment faults or maintenance issues promptly. Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Head Chef or Outlet Manager.
