Responsibilities Drive sales by engaging clients and matching them with suitable domestic helpers to meet their needs Conduct and arrange client interviews confidently to assess requirements and facilitate placements Manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery Maintain a customer-focused approach to build lasting client relationships and achieve targets Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment Demonstrate self-motivation and target-driven behavior to consistently meet or exceed performance goals Preferred competencies and qualifications CEI certification (advantage) Experience in the employment or service industry
