Java Technical Lead

Job Responsibilities 1.Lead the microservices architecture team, responsible for technical guidance, daily management and talent development, and take the lead in code review, quality control and technical specification implementation. 2.Carry out core system development and refactoring based on Spring Boot 3 and Java 21, and promote the practice of DDD/TDD and Enterprise Integration Patterns (such as Pub/Sub). 3.Be responsible for the operation, maintenance and deployment of container and cloud platforms including Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) and OCP, ensuring high availability and scalability of the system. 4.Participate in middleware construction, including Redis, Kafka, IBM-MQ, etc., to ensure stable system integration and data flow. 5.Be responsible for database design and optimization, involving Oracle 9c, MySQL and MariaDB, to ensure data security and performance. 6.Promote the implementation of AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw and GitHub Copilot to improve R&D efficiency and code quality. 7.Coordinate project progress, risk control and cross-team collaboration to ensure delivery meets bank-level security, compliance and stability requirements. 8.Lead the design of core modules, code refactoring and key problem solving, and continuously improve the team's technical capabilities and delivery efficiency. Job Requirements 1.8+ years of IT R&D experience, 3+ years of technical team management experience; experience in foreign banks/fintech is preferred. 2.Proficient in microservices architecture, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot 3 and Java 21, familiar with containerization and cloud-native technology stacks. 3.Skilled in using platforms and middleware such as K8s, OCP, Docker, Redis, Kafka and IBM-MQ. 4.Familiar with Oracle, MySQL and MariaDB, with database design, optimization and operation and maintenance capabilities. 5.Deeply understand DDD, TDD and Enterprise Integration Patterns, with rich experience in code review, architecture design and refactoring. 6.Experience in the implementation and promotion of AI tools (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) is preferred. 7.Cross-team communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. 8.Experience in bank core systems or financial transaction projects is preferred.
