Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job) To support RR Department Major Duties & Responsibilities (A) Specific : Monthly Progress Claims to Clients/ Main Con (Preparation, Submission and Closing). Taking Off Drawings for Projects under Tender Stage and Ongoing. Propose Product based on Specs and Input Pricing for Project Tender. Consolidating Sub-Con Claims. (B) General : Assist Project Director for Project Finalization. Assist for Project Costing and Budgeting (Awarded Project). Assist to claim back Retention Monies from Client/ Main Con. Prepare Shop Drawings/ As-built Drawings (If necessary). Prepare Quotation and follow up. Prepare BCA performance evaluation after project completed. Other duties as assigned. (C) Safety: Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place. Job Requirements (A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training : Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Bachelor Engineering Civil or equivalent. Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered. (B) Knowledge & Skills : Microsoft Office AutoCad Reliable and responsible. (C) Experience : Min 2 years’ experience in construction quantity surveying.
