Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (AI) (105)

As a TechLead, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, supporting enterprise AI initiatives and transformations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AI Architecture & Solution Delivery - Lead AI solution architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation across projects Cloud & Platform Engineering - Design and implement AI solutions on Azure and other cloud platforms as required Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate AI opportunities Quality & Governance - Participate in peer reviews to improve solution quality and maintain best practices Leadership & Continuous Improvement - Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists REQUIREMENT: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in AI development and implementation Strong proficiency in Python programming Hands-on experience with Azure AI and cloud services Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Familiarity with video analytics and AI-based video processing.
