Dental Clinic Lead (ref: 120) Key Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality patient care, and compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations. This role involves overseeing staff, handling administrative functions, and supporting business growth. Lead and support dental assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff Ensure excellent patient service and handle feedback or complaints professionally Ensure compliance with guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and relevant authorities Oversee inventory, procurement, and maintenance of dental equipment and supplies Coordinate with dentists on clinic schedules and operational needs Manage insurance claims, Medisave submissions, and corporate billing (if applicable) Monitor clinic performance and implement improvements where needed Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field At least 2–3 years of experience in dental operations or clinic, healthcare operations Good knowledge of local dental healthcare regulations and clinic processes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in clinic management systems and Microsoft Office Familiarity with Medisave and insurance claims processes Others: Location is in Orchard, normal office hours & 5.5 work week Interested applicants may send in their detailed resumes in MS Word to hres@itcspl.com Please Indicate Job Code “120-DCL” on the email subject We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
