#Hiring- Business Analyst (6 Months Contract Role)

Job Description & Requirements Job Description Serves as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. Responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and analysing requirements, and ensuring that the delivered solutions align with business objectives. The BA plays a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from problem identification to solution implementation, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with business stakeholders to identify problems, needs, and opportunities - Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements - Translate business needs into clear user stories or technical specifications - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business and technical teams - Support solution design by ensuring alignment with business goals - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support defect triage - Act as a liaison throughout development to clarify requirements and manage scope - Maintain traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle Qualifications General Experience and Skills: - Requirements gathering and documentation (e.g., BRD, FRD, user stories) - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies - Understanding of APIs, systems integration, and software development concepts - Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and coordination - Strong business background, experience in Financial Projects - Able to pick up new technology
