Account Manager (ERP Solutions)

Role Overview The Account Manager will manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate complex projects, acting as the key liaison between local based clients, development team, and the headquarters. The role requires strong account management, stakeholder management, and cross-border collaboration skills to support revenue growth and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support long-term retention and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand business relationships. Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, understand business needs, and gather feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and deliver suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other supporting documentation as needed. Promote additional products and services where relevant to create added value for customers. Monitor account performance and work towards achieving agreed business objectives and targets. Maintain accurate customer records and account updates within the company's CRM system. Requirements Min 2 years of experience in the relevant background. Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related role is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining long-term client relationships. Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems effectively.
