Korean Speaker - Technical Support & Development Specialist

Our client, a globally recognized leader in specialty additives (plastics additives) business, is currently hiring for technical support &development specialist. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to align strategic priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive successful project delivery and commercial growth Key Responsibilities : 1) Lead Technical Customer Support Serve as the primary technical expert for customers, providing guidance on additive technologies and their impact on product performance and processing conditions. Act as the go-to technical advisor for both direct and indirect customers, addressing complex technical challenges and inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, becoming their trusted partner for technical support. Identify customer challenges, develop workable hypotheses, and design and execute laboratory or production-scale trials to validate solutions. 2) Drive Customer Value and Commercial Success Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to align priorities, coordinate initiatives, and accelerate project delivery and business results. Keep up to date with emerging developments in polymers, additives, and industry applications to provide relevant technical expertise. Evaluate and demonstrate the value delivered by company solutions to customers. Identify customer requirements and help translate technical benefits into tangible commercial opportunities. 3) Support Innovation and Product Development Contribute actively to the global technical network by sharing knowledge, best practices, and problem-solving expertise. Partner with the New Product Development team to support customer adoption and successful commercialization of new products.
