Part-Time Halal Assurance Officer

Job Summary Maintain and implement the company's Halal Assurance System to ensure compliance with MUIS Halal standards. Prepare documentation, coordinate audits, conduct internal checks and training, and support certification renewal activities. Responsibilities Implement and maintain the Halal Assurance System (HAS) to uphold company standards Ensure compliance with MUIS Halal requirements by monitoring and auditing processes Prepare, update, and maintain accurate Halal documentation and records for regulatory and internal use Liaise effectively with relevant authorities during Halal audits and inspections to facilitate smooth compliance verification Conduct internal Halal compliance checks to identify gaps and ensure ongoing adherence to standards Deliver staff awareness training on Halal requirements to promote organizational understanding and compliance Support the renewal process of Halal certification by coordinating necessary activities and documentation Working Arrangement Part-time position Flexible working hours (to be discussed) Location: Tuas, Singapore (10 minutes' walk from Tuas West MRT) Salary: Negotiable, based on experience Interested applicants are welcome to send their resume and expected salary for consideration.
